Via A2 and A9: Take exit "Weesp" on A9. Follow the signs to Weesp. At Tulip-Inn: turn right (N236). After crossing the village "Driemond", you cross a large bridge. Right after the bridge, at the traffic lights: turn left ( "Industrieterrein Noord" ). Jaytown is 300 meters down the road, in a right turn.
Via A1 (Amsterdam-Amersfoort): Take exit 3 on A1 ("Muiden-Weesp"). Follow the signs to Weesp (appr. 3 km). In Weesp, follow the signs "Industrieterrein Noord". After having driven 1 km parallel to the railroad, the road turns left and becomes "Hogeweyselaan". Keep following the black asphalt road, following the signs to "Amsterdam-ZO" (right, left, right, left). Eventually you will reach the Rijnkade where Jaytown is at the end, in a sharp left turn.
